Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

All new subscriptions include a 5-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, no charges will be applied. The free trial is available once per user account.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with LabelGuard Formulation Intelligence, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge date. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. To request a refund, contact our team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day money-back guarantee window.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. If you wish to cancel before renewal, you must do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the annual charge. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period. However, you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the refund policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith.
